Privacy notice

This notice explains how wrkspce.ai (“we”) handles information when you use our websites and VoPro™ services. It is written for customers and visitors. It is not a substitute for a negotiated Data Processing Agreement.
Who we are
wrkspce.ai builds VoPro™, a voice-to-operations product for construction and project teams. Contact: hq@wrkspce.ai.
Data we may process
Depending on how you use VoPro and our sites, we may process: account and contact details; audio you choose to capture; transcripts and AI-generated drafts; project metadata you connect (for example Procore project and object fields); and basic website analytics or support communications.
Why we process it
To provide and improve the Service, map spoken work into structured drafts, support human review before system-of-record updates, secure the platform, and communicate with you about pilots and support.
Customer data ownership
As between you and wrkspce.ai, you own your Customer Data (including audio, transcripts, and project content you submit). We process it to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your project records.
Human-in-the-loop
Where VoPro proposes updates to external systems (such as Procore), our intended default is propose → your review → your approve → update → audit trail. You remain responsible for what you approve into your systems of record.
Third-party integrations
If you connect Procore or other tools, you authorize us to access those systems as configured by your admins. Your use of those products remains governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Procore unless we say so in writing.
Subprocessors
We use infrastructure and AI providers (hosting, transcription, model inference, email, analytics) under contracts appropriate to the service. A current subprocessor list is available on request for customers evaluating a paid engagement.
Retention and deletion
We retain Customer Data as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. On termination, we will delete or return Customer Data on request where technically feasible, subject to backups and legal holds. Objects already created in your third-party systems remain under your control.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data. We do not claim specific certifications (for example SOC 2) unless we have achieved them and say so explicitly.
Recordings and notice
Customers are responsible for providing notice and obtaining consents required to record meetings, site walks, or calls and to process personal data through transcription and AI analysis in their jurisdictions.
