These Terms govern access to wrkspce.ai websites and VoPro™ (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you have an Order Form or pilot agreement, that document controls in case of conflict.
The Service
VoPro helps teams convert operational conversations into structured, auditable artifacts (for example tasks, RFIs, punch items, change events, meeting outputs) with human review before updates to connected systems.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for credentials, Authorized Users, activity under your accounts, and obtaining consents needed to upload and process Customer Data (including audio).
Integrations
Connecting Third-Party Services (including Procore) authorizes us to interact with those systems as you configure. Integrations may change due to third-party limits or outages. You remain responsible for permissions and data integrity in those systems.
Customer Data and Output
You own Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide and secure the Service. Outputs may be inaccurate; you must review them. The Service is not legal, safety, engineering, or other professional advice.
Human-in-the-loop
Where enabled, proposed system-of-record updates follow propose → review → approve. You control what is published.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, circumvent security, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to build a competing product by unauthorized means.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or accurate Outputs.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $1,000 IF NO FEES WERE PAID), UNLESS AN ORDER FORM SAYS OTHERWISE.
Term and termination
These Terms begin when you first use the Service. You may stop anytime. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, security risk, or non-payment where applicable.
